Ivanl2, for me personally the meaning of life is to LEARN!
Learn everything and anything, constantly ask questions, constantly fuel your mind and passion with all of the things around you. Engage people with what you know, and what you still wish to know!
In doing so, you will grow as a person, you develop critical life skills, you meet amazing people and you make every day worth living and worth waiting for.
My happiness comes from loving my brain and my curiosity! Life to me is all about learning and loving! meaning of life is what you make it to be, really!

Hey ivanl2 wow could you have asked a bigger question! I think:
– That I have no idea. I’m a bit weird in that I don’t think too much about what is far ahead. I really enjoy “living in the moment”. It sounds a bit silly, but I love my family, and I love my science right now, I love sport and I love lots of other things! So I enjoy them and take it as it comes. I have no idea what the overall meaning of life is for me!
– I think that every person needs to make their own decision! Some people are very religious and devote their lives to sending a religious message. Some people devote their lives to helping others in need. Others build businesses and all sort of things! You need to find what you love and decide what you want as your meaning, then go get it!
What do you love to do? Do you have any idea what you want your life to mean yet (it’s okay if you don’t)?

But the real answer depends on what question you’re asking!
If you’re asking what actually defines ‘life’ which a lot of people still debate over, then the answer would be a combination of the ability to reproduce and spread genes, I think.
If you’re asking the much MUCH bigger philosophical version of the question, then my answer is this: I don’t know!
I don’t know, and I don’t think I want to know. It’d be like spoiling the end of a good book if we knew what this whole life deal was all about, don’t you think? I like it being a mystery. It also means people can decide for themselves what the meaning is.
Family, friends, religion, science, money, happiness, fast cars, animals, exploring space, exploring the ocean, helping others, helping yourself…
We wouldn’t be an interesting species if we all had the same meaning, in my opinion. What do you think? : )
