Hey jacob my main question man! Cool question! I have NO IDEA how to make a sundial (other than understanding how it works), but since you asked I really wanted to know!
Ahoy there!! So I used my own body to make a sundial, I position my body to face North, my dad helped me here. I watched to see where my shadow would lie. The idea is that the position of the shadow can then be used to determine the current solar time. From there I looked at my watch and the position of my shadow and hey! I WAS a sundial! sort off! Only problem me being the sundial was I couldn’t keep still for long enough, I had to go play soccer with my cousin! lol
